Do I need any prior medical knowledge?
No. It is designed for anyone interested in understanding their body, with no prior medical training.
What does Health in Your Hands cover?
Intoxication, inflammation, acidity, metabolism, cellular energy, the hormonal system, excess weight, diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular health and cognitive decline, among other course topics.
How many classes does the course include?
It includes 15 recorded classes (30 hours), available from enrolment, and 10 new live classes with Dr Eduardo Cáceres, one a month. The live sessions are also recorded.
What is the difference between Standard and Plus?
Standard costs 249 € and includes the 1.4 video course and its live classes. Plus costs 429 € and adds the annual enrolment, the Essential Masterclasses, the video library and the Medical Tutoring video course, included.
Can I add Course 1.3 on Frequencies?
Yes. With the Plus Plan you can tick the box to add Course 1.3 Standard for 319 € (20% off). The total will be 748 €.
How long do I have access?
